The CRV-REG Study and IRVA is committed to respecting the privacy of its online visitors. In general, you can visit our websites without telling us who you are or revealing anything about yourself.

Our web server automatically recognizes each visitor's domain name, but does not automatically collect personally identifiable information. The CRV-REG Study and IRVA itself do not utilize cookies in any format. There are times, however, such as when you make a donation, that we will collect specific information. The CRV-REG Study and IRVA only gather personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, e-mail addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order to respond to a person's stated desire to volunteer, or to request information on how to make a financial donation, or to register for events. This information is used solely by The CRV-REG Study, IRVA, or other entities that are involved in the operation of this site for internal purposes. Our lists are never sold to third parties. We will only share personally identifiable information with third parties when:

  • Sharing the information is a necessary operation of the site; for instance, to process a credit card transaction.
  • When we are required to by law.
  • When the person submitting the information otherwise authorizes us to share it.

If you choose to provide personally identifiable data, you may receive future information from the CRV-REG Study or IRVA -- by mail, electronically, or by telephone -- advising you of upcoming events, and volunteer and support opportunities. If you do not wish to be contacted with such information, please let us know by writing or sending an e-mail message to the addresses at the top of this page. Other than as stated above, we do not share your personal information with any other organization. Please provide your full name and address for exclusion from "future contact" lists.

Is My Credit Card Information Secure?

We care about the safety and security of your transactions. We use high-grade encryption and the https security protocol to communicate with your browser software.
